On Tuesday, February 28, at 7 p.m. (Bern time), Simret Mahari and Tihomir Lazic will present the online seminar: Open minds, Open hearts – how to engage with other through our personal story.
A post-Christian approach
The post-Christian society relies heavily on interpersonal relationships. Dialogue, empathy, and sharing are essential elements to building a sincere, deep and solid relationship.
In the post-Christian society, mental conviction is no longer enough; instead, it is necessary to enter the heart of one's neighbour in order to bring him/her closer to a community & church.
In the post-Christian society, it is not enough to 'preach', one must bear witness to one's faith through an authentic and consistent lifestyle.
This and much more will be explained in the next online seminar, organized by the Inter-European Division (EUD) and Trans-European Division (TED) Communication Departments.
The speakers
Our distinguished speakers will be Simret Mahary, pastor of the Central Church in Frankfurt am Main and founder/director of PRESENCE kulturlounge, and Tihomir Lazic, Senior Lecturer in Systematic Theology at Newbold College and former Director of PCM at a TED level.
