Newsweek, a major weekly US news magazine and leading website, recently published a list of the world's best hospitals for 2020. Four "AdventHealth" hospitals are among the award-winning healthcare institutions, according to a press release by "AdventHealth". This is the second year that Newsweek has published the ranking.

Among the nearly 300 US hospitals included in the list of the world's best hospitals in 2020 are AdventHealth Orlando/Florida, AMITA Health Adventist Medical Center Hinsdale/Illinois, Parker Adventist Hospital, and Porter Adventist Hospital, both in Colorado.

To be included in the list, the hospitals had to have a capacity of at least 100 beds. They were ranked based on three data sources: medical expert recommendations, medical performance indicators and surveys of existing patient experience. In total, more than 1,500 hospitals from 21 countries worldwide were on the list.
