Hope Channel International will launch a new television program entitled, “Revival for Mission” that will premiere on Hope Channel every Friday, starting September 6, 2019 at 8:30pm (EST).

Hosted by President of the Seventh-day Adventist World Church, Ted N.C. Wilson and President of Hope Channel International, Derek Morris, Revival for Mission will be a weekly half-hour program that will explore ways people are actively serving the community around them. The mission-focused television series will highlight both the value and impact of mission work through weekly interviews with individuals currently engaged in mission, both domestically and abroad. The program will feature a monthly “field” episode where Wilson will be on-location, sharing inspiring stories of people who are actively engaged in mission around the world.

“Revival for Mission focuses on Christ-centered, biblical living with many areas of emphasis including Christ’s purpose for our lives, stories of personal mission outreach, and recounting experiences that change lives through the power of the Holy Spirit,” shared Wilson.

The program will encourage engagement with its viewers through its website, a place viewers can write-in to ask questions, share comments, and download free resources from the show.

Ted N.C. Wilson is President of the Seventh-day Adventist Church. Born in Takoma Park, Maryland, and the son of former Seventh-day Adventist world President, Neal C. Wilson and Elinor E. Wilson, Wilson spent part of his childhood in Egypt. Wilson has served in various capacities, both domestically and abroad and has a heart for mission.

Derek Morris is the President of Hope Channel International and host of Hope Sabbath School, a flagship program of Hope Channel. Prior to joining the Hope Channel team, he served as Associate Secretary of the General Conference Ministerial Association and Editor of Ministry, an international journal for pastors. Born in England, his greatest joy is found in helping people to experience a life-changing encounter with the Lord Jesus Christ.
